Trinidad and Tobago ended with a record-breaking haul of 15 medals at the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games (CYG).

The home team took four gold medals, five silver medals and six bronze medals in the 2023 edition of the Games, easily beating their tally of six medals in the first six editions of CYG.
