Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, June 6, 2023 — Ultimate Events Limited (UEL) has been selected as the Production Director of the Commonwealth Youth Games Opening Ceremony, which is carded for August 4th, 2023 in Trinidad and Tobago.

The team at UEL comprises Operations Director Kendal Latchman, Creative Director Valmiki Maharaj and Account Executive, Gaby Attong Menzies.

The UEL team, along with their extensive network of industry specialists, has lent their expertise and creative flair to a range of large-scale experiences, including TRIBE’s launch of Carnival 2023 - Sunset Weekend, Caribbean Airlines’ launch of its Welcome Home campaign, and ANSA McAL’s One Yard Benefit Concert, among many others.

For the Commonwealth Youth Games Trinbago2023 Opening Ceremony, UEL will be working with some of Trinidad and Tobago’s finest practitioners in the performance arts, costume and set designers, choreographers and production teams.

According to UEL’s Creative Director, Valmiki Maharaj, the team is thrilled to have an opportunity to make an impact on this global sporting event.

He said, “We are truly ecstatic to have an opportunity to showcase Trinidad and Tobago on the world stage for the Commonwealth Youth Games Opening Ceremony. The Opening Ceremony takes place at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Trinidad, August 4th, 2023.
